Park City Mountain Resort Overview:

Nestled in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains, Park City Mountain Resort is the largest ski area in the U.S. (by skiable acreage), with over 7,300 acres of skiable terrain—and it’s just 35 minutes from Salt Lake City’s airport, so just a short bus ride from the airport to the resort.

There’s something for every skier here: easy greens, smooth blues, and plenty of challenging black runs and tree skiing. With over 330 trails, 43 lifts, and more than 350 inches of snowfall a year, there’s no shortage of great runs and gorgeous views. With 50% of the mountain rated black or double black, Park City is packed with steep runs, deep bowls, and epic tree skiing — perfect for advanced skiers looking for a challenge. Also, Deer Valley Mountain is only 1 mile away with regular door to door bus service (**Note-you will need an IKON pass to ski at Deer Valley.)

But you don’t have to ski to enjoy this trip! We already have at least four non-skiers planning to join us, and there’s so much to do in Park City—shopping, spas, snowshoeing, scenic lift rides, yoga, great food, and the cozy charm of Historic Main Street (just steps away from where we’re staying). It’s a great town for exploring and relaxing.

We’ll be staying at Park Station Condos right at the start of Main Street, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, galleries, and après ski fun. Whether you’re hitting the slopes all day or just enjoying the mountain vibes, this trip will have something for everyone.

Your Package Includes:

• 7 Nights lodging at Park Station Condos, located at the start of Main Street in Old Town Park City, just a short walk (approximately 500 feet) to the Town Lift, providing direct access to the mountain.
  
  
• Two-bedroom condos: Most master bedrooms will have a king bed (a few may have a queen.) The second bedrooms will either have two twins or a twin and a queen. 

• Bus transportation to/from the airport, with a grocery and liquor stop en route.
  

• Up to six days of skiing on over 7,300 acres of terrain (EPIC passes are sold separately)

• Optional round-trip airfare from SDF to SLC. Rates will be available by the end of May or early June. 

• At least one group outing (possibly two) Still working on the details, but the first will likely be on Monday evening. 
  
  
• Daily optional lunch meet‑ups: We’ll pick a casual spot each day—drop in to swap stories, compare run recommendations, and meet fellow skiers.

• Après‑ski happy hours: Most afternoons we’ll meet up for a casual drink to catch up, unwind and connect with the group. 

• And most importantly, we'll have Tons of Fun and make great memories! 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE - Total Ground Cost is $1,575
(Airfare and Epic lift passes are additional to the ground cost.) 

Please pay by check or cash. There is a $70 service fee for any credit or debit card charge, no matter how small the payment is. 

Initial Payment/Deposit to confirm your spot  = $500

2nd Payment Due July 1st = $575

Airfare Due by October 1st = (amount yet to be determined)

3rd and FINAL PAYMENT:  $500 due by October 20th

Roommate Arrangements:

If you’re signing up solo, please try to arrange a roommate at registration or before to guarantee your spot. If you don’t have someone in mind? Just let Donna or Leah know, and we’ll do our best to match you up with someone. Keep in mind that without pre‑selected roommates—and with the need to balance male and female beds, we may not be able to accommodate every single on a first‑come basis.

**Please keep in mind, there is a $70 service fee for any payment made with a credit or debit card, even if it's only a partial payment. Avoid the service fee by paying with a check or cash. 

**Cancellation Policy**: $50 **plus all nonrecoverable costs.

**Please note, if you decide to book a different flight, than the LSC group to Salt Lake City, you must arrive in time to catch the bus to Park City. Please understand, the bus is on a tight schedule and won't be able to wait for skiers arriving on later flights. If arriving later, you will be responsible for your own transportation to the resort. 

**If you arrive on a different flight and miss the group bus to Park City, no worries — you can easily catch an Uber from the Salt Lake City airport. The cost typically ranges from around $50 to $75 for a standard UberX to around $100 to $180 for a larger UberXL, depending on the size of your group and the type of vehicle you choose.
