Big Sky Ski Resort Overview:
Located in southwest Montana (approximately 50 miles south of Bozeman and an hour north of West Yellowstone), Big Sky Resort
provides visitors with many different amenities, a well-developed infrastructure and over 5,850 acres of skiable terrain. Big Sky
services its 4,350 feet of vertical via 24 chair lifts and 12 surface lifts. The ski area has a summit elevation of 11,166 feet and sees
an average annual snowfall of more than 400 inches. The resort has been lauded for it's incredible vertical drop and also the very
minimal wait times due to it's advanced lift system.
The resort is the basecamp to Yellowstone National Park and provides daily shuttles to Yellowstone’s west entrance. The resort has
everything one would expect from a modern ski resort, including the Big Sky Mountain Village which features a variety of dining,
lodging and shopping possibilities.
Your Package Includes
- 7 Nights lodging at Saddle Ridge Townhomes, located in Moonlight Basin or Huntley Lodge, located in the heart of Big Sky's
Mountain Village. The Saddle Ridge Townhomes are a combination of 2Bd/2Ba and 3Bd/3Ba. The Huntley Lodge
offers two queen beds, Breakfast buffet included daily, two onsite dining options, complimentary ski valet, fitness center,
outdoor pool and hot tubs.
- Up to six days of skiing (must purchase Icon pass separately)
- Group dinner one night (restaurant to be determined)
- Optional roundtrip airfare on United Airlines or Southwest, from Louisville to Denver to Bozeman. Prices will be available
by the end of April.
- Bus transportation to/from the airport.
- Tons of Fun and great memories!
Flights:
We are still working on the flights, but should have the information by the end of April. Although it will probably be through Southwest Airlines.
**Please note, if you decide to book a different flight, than the LSC group, to Bozeman, you must arrive in time to catch the bus to Big Sky.
The bus is on a tight schedule and won't be able to wait for skiers arriving on later flights. If arriving later, you'll be responsible for your own
transportation to the resort.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Please try to pay by check or cash. There is a $70 service fee for any credit or debit card charge,
no matter how small the payment is.
Initial Payment/Deposit Due = $500
2nd Payment Due June 1st = $500
FINAL PAYMENT: due by October 20th

**Cancellation Policy**: $50 plus all nonrecoverable costs.
Cost of trip without airfare or Ikon pass: $1,419.00
Cost of airfare: Aprox $465 (roundtrip from Louisville)
As of 4/1/24, Cost of Ikon Passes:
$449 4 day $379 3 day $259 2 day
Ikon prices will increase on April 18 and throughout the season.
**Please keep in mind, there is a $70 service fee for any payment made with a credit or debit card, even if it's only a partial payment. Avoid the service fee by paying with a check or cash.
